Donations of gently-used books, recent magazines, jigsaw puzzles, comic books and manga, audio books, CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays are greatly appreciated and are tax-deductible. Encyclopedias, VHS tapes and damaged books can not be accepted.

Donations are mostly sold at the FriendShop or at FriendShop Too!. A few selected books are sold online.

Donations can be dropped at the FriendShop during business hours (Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm). For large donations, call 505-892-READ (7323) during business hours or email “info at-sign folrr dot org” to set up a time for a volunteer to pick up the donation.

With no paid staff, the Friends only exists because of the dedicated efforts of our volunteers. Donate your time and talents and join a great group of people who are enthusiastic about books, libraries, reading, and literacy.

Volunteer forms are available at the FriendShop in Rio Rancho and at the FriendShop Too in the Martha Liebert Public Library. You can also get this Adobe PDF volunteer form and either drop it off at the FriendShop or email it to info at-sign folrr dot org.
